This guide gives you the basic information to get started. Remember, the hardest part is walking through the studio’s front door! Try different classes and talk with your teachers. Over time, you can tailor an individualized workout schedule that emphasizes exactly what you need, and if you need help, don’t be afraid to ask! We can help you reach your goals!
Clothes: Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that is not too loose. It should allow a full range of movement including twisting and bending. Our studio is equipped with bathrooms to change in and lockers and hooks for your belongings.
Bring: In door runners or dance shoes only. Your water bottle, towel, and a mat. *We supply mats to use for our classes.
Avoid: Strong perfume, essentials oils, cologne, and other scents. Respect the space and your fellow participants by keeping body, mats, and equipment clean and odor-free.
Eating & Drinking: We don’t recommend eating for an hour before your class. A little water is okay, but too much liquid can be uncomfortable.
Please arrive 15 minutes early. We have some simple account details we have to review to complete your profile and you can speak with the instructor about any special needs you may have.
Once You Arrive
Footwear: Outdoor shoes are left at the front entrance of the studio. We ask that you only wear indoor runners and shoes to class. Yoga is practiced in bare feet for traction and safety. Outdoor shoes are not allowed on the practice floor during Yoga & PUR barre. All other classes typically require indoor runners, dance shoes, sticky socks, or bare feet.
Electronic devices: Please turn off your cell phone. If you are on call, please have your phone on vibrate and do not disrupt the class.
Communicate: Let your instructor know if you have any injuries, limitations, or concerns so they can work with you.
If you are late: Being on time is great, but sometimes life happens. If you are late, enter the space quietly and join the class trying to minimize disruption. Take a few warm-up postures without disrupting the class and when you are ready, follow the teacher’s lead. Please refrain from disrupting the class with in and outs unless it is an emergency. Due to the nature of our services, if you are more than 30 min. late you will be bumped to the next class on the schedule for safety & health.
Clean: If you were given a mat to use for class, please bring them back to the front desk for cleaning by our team.
Take your belongings: Don’t forget your mat, water bottle, and clothes! Any items left in-studio will be placed in the Lost and Found bin on the main floor. At the end of each month, all items in the bin will be donated to charity.

There is a 4 person min. per class requirement to run a class. Any classes with less than 4 participants will be canceled and clients will get a credit in their account to use for any remaining classes that day or for future use.
PUR Suspension will be open to all clients who have purchased a drop-in class, PUR PASS 12/24, or have Unlimited Membership status. *Clients with deal vouchers will not be able to use their vouchers for this class, however; they will be able to attend this class when purchasing a drop-in, PUR PASS 12/24, or have Unlimited Membership status.

If you have reserved a spot in class/session and need to cancel, you may do so up to 6 hours prior to the start time. Missed classes without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended. For Monthly Unlimited memberships an $18 ‘no show’ fee will be automatically charged to your credit card (on file). An $18 ‘no show’ fee will be charged to all clients without a credit card on file upon your next visit and your account will temporarily be placed on suspension. We have limited spots available in each class and we request that you take the time to modify your reservations or call us when you are unable to attend a class. This will allow us to open additional spots to other clients. *Class(es) will not be taken off your pass for the late cancel(s).
WAIT LIST SYSTEM
If a class has reached capacity you will automatically be placed in order on our wait list system. An automated email will be sent to you if you have made it from the wait list to the class list. Each class at PUR has a designated number of spots to ensure that we do not go over capacity. Reservations are highly recommended.
MEMBERSHIPS, PASSES & DROP-INS
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds. Membership fees will be deducted automatically on the 1st of every month. If your card is declined, you will receive a courtesy automated email from our system and will have 1 day without penalty to pay your dues and upate your credit card information. Any fees outstanding beyond this, will result in a penalty of an additional $10/week. Memberships will auto-renew, and can be terminated at anytime after the term contract is completed by providing 30 days notice in writing. Memberships that require cancelation prior to the contract end date will be subject to full payment of the amount owed for the remaining months outstanding on the account. Introductory offers are valid for 1 month from purchase date, and PUR & POWER passes are valid for 6 months from purchase date. All services must be paid before participation.
We carry very limited supply and exclusive items; therefore all merchandise is final. We will honour exchanges for the same product if we have additional sizes and colours in stock. All special orders & sale items are final sale.
